New elevator in a block of flats on Souhrady Street in Brno

It might seem that there is nothing interesting about building an elevator in a block of flats. But the prefabricated block of flats on Souhrady Street in Brno is proof that an elevator can be built efficiently and serve the residents as best as possible. And it made easier access for the disabled or the way to the basement rooms.

The community of owners in the panel building on Souhrady Street selected our company – Beta Control – in the competitive tender for the reconstruction of the elevator. A thorough pre-installation preparation followed on our part, which facilitated the assembly itself on site.

As with every installation, we also used high-quality components and durable control elements in the elevator on Souhrady Street. They withstand frequent use and will last a long time without the need for repairs. In this particular case, it is a Deluxo elevator cabin.

In addition to the cabin and standard manual doors, we also focused on the structure itself. During the reconstruction of the elevator in the prefabricated building, we used a combination of Fermacell and safety glass to cover the elevator shaft, which ensures greater shatter-resistance.
