Attic apartments are becoming more and more popular nowadays

The construction of roof structures has recently become a very popular option to satisfy the increased demand for rental apartments and thus to evaluate the entire urbanised area. As part of the revitalisation project of the apartment building at 54 Měříčkova Street in Brno, we also installed an elevator and a glazed elevator shaft covered with safety glass.

Maximum use of the most modern production technologies

In the installation of elevators and cabins, we make maximum use of the most modern production technologies. This order was specific in that we assembled the elevator shaft on site and instead of traditional load-carrying ropes for the elevator, we used load-carrying flat belts in combination with a Ziehl Abegg gearless drive. In cooperation with Ziehl Abegg, it was the first installation of an elevator in the Czech Republic where this new drive was installed.

The seven stations of the new elevator, which can accommodate a maximum of four people with a load capacity of 300 kg, are accessible through standard manual doors.

We designed and manufactured the elevator cabin according to the most modern trends, so that it aesthetically meets the wishes of our client.

We managed to hand over the finished order, which we obtained thanks to the construction company that carried out the roof extension here, within two months. It was completed in April 2021.
