Beta Control Ltd produces and delivers all the electronic lift components intended for comprehensive reconstruction of an old one or building a new lift.
VTA lift control system is intended to replace the old relay controllers, whose lifetime is coming to the end, and to be employed in new lifting applications. The VTA system is designed for multiple purposes, while control parameters are set for the particular lift type. Simple modifications in setting may, for example, change drive type (single speed drive, double speed drive, various versions with frequency inverters, hydraulic) and the mode of control from simple (even with the lift operator) to the "simplex" versions, multiple lifts communication, evacuation lifts, (access control), etc. System's latest function is the capability of transferring lift operation information including servicing job records to the service or customer care centre using communication via GSM/GPRS, LAN, Internet or cable television networks.
FVTA panel is intended to change drive control for JVMS and DVMS distribution with VTA971 control system to frequency double speed drive.
For correct function, position sensing must be installed using four bistable sensors and magnets arranged, as shown in the assembly documentation enclosed. FVTA panel with a frequency inverter is delivered in a separate cover as a standard. The version without the cover is also available intended for mounting in the original switchboard cabinets of VRN/SPC/RND/RJD technology. That version is feasible in the events the VTA971 and other components are suitably arranged in the original casing or complete JVMS or DVMS panel position fits the intention.
VTA971 control system switchboards are intended for the reconstructions or modernisations of the old traction, winding drum or hydraulic technology lifts and for new lift technology control. The products comply with CSN EN 81-1 and CSN EN 81-2 standards' requirements.
Delivery may consist of an independent panel to be mounted in the original cabinet or with the cover that meet the requirements of IP42 insulation level. Available distribution covers offer enough space for additional installation of expanding modules and for remote diagnostics and emergency signal modules.
Remote Emergency A larm Unit using GSM Network
CEMOL/LGM is a device performing the functions of remote emergency alarm and two-way voice communication between the lift cage and the service/rescue centre, as defined in CSN EN 81-28 standard, using GSM network services (voice, SMS).
After the ALARM button in the lift car is hit, CEMOL/LGM device sends a SMS message to the application in the service centre or to a servicing crew. At the same time it automatically establishes a telephone connection to one of the predefined telephone numbers of the servicing organisation that confirms awareness of ALARM status by answering the call. There is a light in the lift car that indicates the ALARM emergency signal has been activated and the rescue service has received the ALARM signal. Unreasonable usage of ALARM button out of emergency status is prevented by CEMOL/LGM through lift error state monitoring. The device sends SMS including power source condition, credit information and lift system condition.
The service centre may launch an application that logs the information of each CEMOL/LGM devices acquired from the received SMS to monitor their functions and establishes two-way voice communication to certain device, if necessary.
The device is designed so that it is easy to mount on a standard DIN bar (35mm). It is delivered in two versions:
For one lift: CEMOL/LGM-1 + voice communicator/LGM,
For two lift in one machine room: CEMOL/LGM-2 + two voice communicators/LGM

WEBMON
with voice Transmission
to Centre
WEBMON/GSM/BD is designed to monitor lift conditions with the option of remote emergency alarm and two-way voice communication from/to the lift cage as specified in CSN EN 81-28 standard.
The information of lift condition and the information of switched on/off emergency ALARM signal is transferred to the service centre using the GPRS data services of GSM network. The service centre processes the information by WEBRMAN application running on a server, which informs the operator of lift serious status that include activated emergency signal.
In case of emergency, the information of pressed ALARM button in lift car is passed to servicing organisation's centre along with lift position and status information. The non-stop service can establish two-way communication with the lift car after emergency signal received and confirm the reception of the remote emergency alarm call. Activated emergency signal and its reception by the rescue service are indicated in the lift car. If data communication with the centre fails the device establishes two-way voice communication to one of the alternate telephone numbers of the rescue service, preset in the device.
System WEBMON enables monitoring of the conditions and functions of individual lifts. It concentrates, assesses and transmits the data of all monitored lifts to the service centre at adjustable intervals. The service centre can make the data accessible via www pages to all, who are authorised (such as house owner, tenants, etc.).
Tensometric weighing enables the detection of lift car exceeded capacity and overloading for lift control purposes. Each of the statuses is indicated by a LED placed directly on the electronic module. The actual weight and weighing module status are shown on five-character LED display.
Microprocessor electronic module analyses tensometric sensors loading, compares the weighed car mass with the limit values for the chosen lift type and activates the appropriate relay outputs. Lift weight capacity is selected by DIP switches.
The display can then show the main program phases and each sensor load, which might be useful for undesired deformations elimination during assembly. The tensometric sensors are easy to connect with FTP connectors.
The button of the electronic module is provided to tare (unloaded car weight sensing) or to calibrate the scale.
The weighing system is available in the following versions to deliver:
VTA-TENZOM/K - whole lift car weighing with four tensometric sensors, designed for capacities 200-630 kg (choice of 9 values);
VTA-TENZOM1000/K-1000 - whole lift car weighing with four tensometric sensors, designed for capacities 675-1,500 kg (choice of 18 values);
VTA-TENZOM/PL - weighing in lift car suspension with two tensometric sensors, designed for capacities 200-400 kg (choice of 9 values);
VTA-TENZOM/PL-630 - weighing in lift car suspension with two tensometric sensors, designed for capacities 450-1,000 kg (choice of 11 values).
VTA-GONG/REG offers four types of tone to be set and volume regulated. Its usage is suitable for indication of lift car arrival at a station for communication when two or more lifts are operating in parallel.
